The living area is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, dining area for 6 people and a TV corner relax bed (or double bed) fireplace stereo large sun terrace opposite the canals of Neu Venedig.  In gallery form there are 2 more sleeping options for 2 people with a comfortable double bed and a view of the water. The bathroom with a duo bathtub is directly off the living area.     The living area has a separable area to separate a second sleeping area with two handles.
