Our place is right in the middle of New Venice, directly on the water, 35 minutes from the city, 40 minutes from Tropical Island between Müggelsee and Dämeritzsee. The apartment consists of a huge loft-like area overlooking the canals of Neu Venedig in a unique idyllic green location in Berlin Köpenick and a bedroom. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, dining area for 6 people and a TV corner relax bed (or double bed) fireplace stereo large sun terrace opposite the canals of Neu Venedig.  In gallery form there are 2 more sleeping options for 2 people with a comfortable double bed and a view of the water. The bathroom with a duo bathtub is directly off the living area.     The living area has a separable area to separate a second sleeping area with two handles. Another bedroom + 2nd bathroom with shower can be booked optionally (studio).
