The apartment consists of a huge loft-like area overlooking the canals of New Venice in a unique idyllic green location in Berlin Köpenick and one bedroom. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, dining area for 6 people and a TV corner relax bed (or double bed) fireplace Stereo large sun terrace opposite the canals of New Venice.  In gallery form there are 2 more sleeping possibilities for 2 people with comfortable double bed and a view of the water. The bathroom with duobade tub departs directly from the living area.     The living area has a separable area to separate a second sleeping area with two steps.
