Pack your bags and get ready to vacation! Home is 4 miles from SRQ Airport and 7 miles from downtown Sarasota. Siesta Key has been rated the #1 beach in the US, only 14 miles from the home. Additionally Ana Maria Island is 15 miles, Lido Beach 10 miles, Coquina Beach 13 miles, and Longboat Key 16 miles from home. The space The tranquil Siesta Retreat boasts 3,000 square-feet of luxurious living, wide open and bright! It has been entirely remodeled with stylish new furnishings and décor. Unwind with the family on the cozy couches in the living room to stream your family’s favorite movie using the high-speed Wi-Fi and the Smart TV’s. Withdraw to the expansive patio or to one of the balconies to relax and indulge in the beautiful weather and views of the Sunshine State while sipping a glass of wine or a warm cup of coffee. ★ POOL LOUNGE AND COMMON SPACES Large screened pool deck surrounding the HEATED pool. Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. ★ EXTREMELY CLEAN! We have amazing, efficient cleaners who disinfect hard surfaces, wipe down switch plates, stair railings, etc. Bedroom 1: king bed, full over full bunk bed with twin trundle Bedroom 2: L-shape twin over twin quadruple bunk bed with a twin trundle Bedroom 3: queen bed / twin rollout bed Bedroom 4: queen bed Entertainment Room: L-shape couch (can be used for sleeping) All linens and towels provided (bath and beach)! The classy kitchen is open to a dining area that seats 8 in addition to 6 island stools. Kitchen also includes stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes: drinking glasses, coffee mugs, kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheets, toaster, blender, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer)! Gas/charcoal BBQ with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank. So, when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Dining: Kitchen counter seating with 6 stools, dining room table that seats 8 plus Screened Poolside Outdoor Living Space: Outdoor sofa, 6 chairs with dining table, Smart TV Games: Cards, board Games, pool Toys Central air In-Unit Washer and Dryer Numerous Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, basic food seasonings, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shower soap, etc. provided! Beach Equipment: 10 beach chairs and cooler Trash: Pick up is Monday and Thursday. Please place bins out for collection on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. $100 off-schedule pick-up fee for any trash not taken out. ***ATTENTION: If you’re looking for a party house, please do not book! Property is ideal for large family vacations.*** Guest access: Keypad entry Other things to note: -Pets allowed up to 15 lbs. on a case-by-case basis for an $150 additional pet fee per pet ( up to 2 pets max). They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times when outdoors, and crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. Each of us is happily married with three children apiece and two fur babies, Nala and Skippy. Bradenton became a sweet escape for our families from the hustle and bustle of the city.
