Gentle green hills characterise the typical Mediterranean coastal landscape of eastern Mallorca. From the finca you have a beautiful view of Capdepera Castle. It is only 5.5 km by car to Artá. The medieval pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador on the top of the hill of Artá dominates the cityscape and is visible from afar. Artá invites you to linger with its numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. On Tuesdays, the beautiful weekly market invites you to shop and stroll. The well-stocked supermarkets and small shops in the village offer everything you need for everyday life. The numerous small white and fine sandy beaches of the east coast that slope gently into the sea are quickly accessible by car. There is something for everyone here, from very lively with good infrastructure to secluded little coves that are often deserted even in high season. Your holiday starts when the automatic gate of the 7,100 m² property opens and you drive along the small stone path to finca “Bona Sort” by car. The entire property is captivating with typical Mediterranean plants. You can explore and enjoy the Mallorcan nature on the entire property among numerous different palm trees, fig, almond, oleander bushes and much more. You can expect about 200 m² of loving design on one level. Many small accessories, the bright walls, the terracotta tiles and the tasteful furniture ensure a pleasant living feeling in light-flooded rooms. You can reach all rooms centrally via the entrance and hallway area. In addition to the three bedrooms with double and single beds, built-in wardrobes and TV, this includes a bathroom with shower en suite, a bathroom with bathtub en suite, a guest toilet and a spacious living / dining area with attached kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, in the basement there is a washing machine with clothes rack and ironing board. The three bedrooms designed like small suites (master suite with integrated bathroom and large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a suite with integrated shower room and double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) as well as another suite with separate toilet and 2 (assembled) single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each) offer sufficient individual space and personal retreats and each have their own terrace with direct access to the pool and to the Mediterranean garden. The spaciousness of the finca is perfect for those who want to spend a harmonious vacation alone or with their children, with their parents or with friends. The 2 other sun and shade terraces in the living/dining area with barbecue grill and in the pool area offer plenty of space for socialising. The 8 x 4 m pool with comfortable Roman entrance and outdoor shower invites you to refresh. Depending on how you like, on the many terrace areas you can choose between sunny and shaded places and relax from everyday stress. In the hot season, the Persians protect all rooms from the sunlight and still provide pleasant fresh air. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with air conditioning.
