Stretch out on the large sectional sofa or armchairs and spend the evening streaming TV or listening to music on the CD player. Cook hearty meals in the updated kitchen with granite counters and plenty of space to spread out. As dinner cooks, perch at the bar with seating for four, then gather at the six-person table beneath an antler chandelier for a laughter-filled meal. BED & BATH Retreat to the upstairs master bedroom, where you’ll find a king bed, 32” TV with DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity and a tub/shower combination. An alcove off the master has a desk with a printer for working remote. On the lower level there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds. One of the rooms includes access to the backyard. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. An upstairs half bath provides added convenience. LOCATION This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the Edwards Riverwalk, where you’ll find nightlife, restaurants, and a movie theater (less than a 10-minute walk). Your extra-large fully-fenced backyard is spacious and perfect for kids. In winter, go sledding on the small hill. There’s even a hiking trail just out your back door. Or do some fly fishing on the Eagle River. To access nearby ski resorts, just hop on I-70. You’re 5 minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 Minutes to Vail. For even more adventures, this condo is centrally located between some of the Rocky Mountain’s best towns, including Glenwood Springs (50 minutes) and Breckenridge (1 hour). Guest access You'll enter through the front door on the left side of the garage using a digital keypad. Enter your access code - a green light confirms it's been accepted. Then rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door opening to unlock. When you leave, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt back toward the door opening to engage it. The door does not lock automatically, so please make sure it's secure before you go. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try your code again. Other things to note Your home includes Apple TV with access to all major streaming platforms, including FuboTV for sports. There is no cable service. The laundry room is downstairs with a washer and dryer ready to use. This home does not have air conditioning - we rely on the cool mountain air here in the Vail Valley. Box fans are available in the closets throughout the home for your comfort.
