"At the basement cutter" - apartment on the ground floor

Newly built holiday home (2018) with 2 accommodation units for 4 people each. The space We rent this apartment for 4 people in a newly built two-family house with the following equipment details: 1 twin room, 1 double room, bath, shower, WC. Open plan living area can be divided into three areas: - Living area with cozy 3-seater sofa, armchair & SAT TV. - Kitchenette: The kitchen was fully equipped with many kitchen utensils next to the "normal" dinnerware. With, for example, toaster, electric stove, coffee/pad machine, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, we want to make the kitchen work as pleasant as possible during your stay. - In the dining area you can eat comfortably or just sit, read, play,... The apartment is of course fully equipped with bed linen, towels and shower towels as well as tea towels. Non-smoking, Wifi, terrace or balcony with seating. Cot and high chair are provided (please register when booking). Parking space at the property. You are two families and want to spend a holiday together, but each in "their own home"? No problem! In the house there is a second apartment for another 4 people upstairs. Make a request! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Guest access They live on the first floor of the house. From the living area you can reach the south-west facing terrace. Other things to note You'll be idyllically located in Peterswörth, a district of Gundelfingen. Very quiet, at a small side street with hardly any traffic (dead end).
