Holiday Apartment in Berlin Wannsee with balcony

The balcony-apartment is located in the first floor of the multi-family house. It features a small balcony with a really lovely view over the villas of the neighbourhood. The flat is furnished to be very comfortable. One can use the facilities for locking up the bicycle on the property. Unfortunately, the garden cannot be used, as it is reserved for tenants of the house. Free parking spaces can often be used in front of the house. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The space Dear holiday-guests, the multi-family flat has an historic background of formerly being a barn-house for carriage drivers in 1906. It is located in the gorgeous and very safe siting of Berlin Wannsee. The area of Wannsee, in which the two apartments lie, offers a beautiful variety of landscape, spreading from forest, to lakes and to culture. This however does not limit the quick access into the city, be it by car or by public transportation. The S-Bahn station Wannsee can easily be approached by foot. From there the S-Bahn will transport you every 10 minutes to areas like the Ku’damm (20 minutes) or the Potsdamer Platz (30 minutes). Potsdam is practically around the corner. The apartments (one in ground floor and one in first floor) each feature a little separate bedroom and a combined living-room and dining-room with an additional sofa-bed. They can be booked for up to two adults and two children. These living facilities are very well equipped and furnished with a love for detail (Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Full HD TV, bedsheets and towels for example are all included). Although the impairments are minor and complaints have not been received yet at all, we would still like mention this.
