The superbly equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave oven and Nespresso machine incl. starter capsules offers pleasurable cooking and nice get-together. We have also thought of our smallest. The baby package with baby cot, high chair and bottle warmer are available free of charge in the apartment. A garden or balcony is for your personal sanctuary. Guest access On the roof terrace, which is open to all guests, you can relax and enjoy views of the „Mönchsberg“, „Rainberg“ and the villas of the neighborhood Riedenburg. The rooftop terrace offers the perfect place to relax with its cosy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers. In the evening you can enjoy of the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting. Other things to note Our Salzburg Villa is a home with "Self Check-In". Please note upon arrival it is absolutely necessary that have the sent Pin code, which is noted in your booking confirmation and via sms, with you. At your booking, we kindly ask you to send us your moblie number, which you use during your stay because a few days before your arrival we will send you your personal pin-code via sms. This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay ! The housekeeper is by the hour in the Villa, otherwise she can be reached by telephone only in urgent cases. In front of the House we offer you private free parking (limited number). Only a few metres (150 metres) away from the House are public free parking areas.
