Guest access This condo is located at the back of the complex away from the noise and bustle of 30A making it is easy to relax, but it is still only a very short walk to the clear blue water and white sand beach. Beachwood Villas are directly across 30A from the beach. This well maintained, family friendly complex is located in the heart of Seagrove which is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, so it would be hard to imagine a better location. Other things to note With beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally, March and April) tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, corn hole and community grills. Beachwood Villas is a great location for family gatherings with multiple units available and a community room for large gatherings. There are local shops, restaurants and a fresh fish market within walking distance or rent a bike and take advantage of the pathway that runs the length of 30A. You can park your car upon arrival and leave it until departure. There is also a convenience store next door for all those things you forgot.
