Rehoboth Beach House

Single family detached home in quiet neighborhood on ocean side of Coastal Highway (Rt. 1) between outlet malls. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath + outdoor shower + nice deck and large yard. Close to Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, and Cape Henlopen Beaches. New bathroom, carpeting, stove, and frig. The space Close to multiple popular beaches, natural park preserves, restaurants, bars, amusements and shopping. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a full size bed + living room sofa will do for overflow if more than 6 guests. Pet friendly. Guest access The entire beach house is available to guests to use as your private residence during your stay at the beach, except for the small closet in the back bedroom which is locked. We highly recommend the outdoor shower, a great part of a beach experience. As an extra courtesy the front shed has items like beach chairs that you are welcome to use. Also for your convenience at no extra charge, the back shed has boogie boards, bikes, roller blades, skateboards and beach toys. Use at your own risk. Toys may need adjustment/repair like inflating bike tires. Just put everything back when you are done. Thank you. Other things to note Outdoor shower + grill on deck.
