Large well equipped kitchen with generous counter space. A wine fridge for your adult beverages. A fire pit overlooking the sounds and a soon to be installed outdoor elevator. Guest access Entire house and shared dock. Other things to note There are beach chairs, floats and a wagon to carry beach gear to the beach that can be used by our guests. Please rinse and return them for the next guests. NOTE: Weekly stays required May through September. Exceptions must be approved in advance.
