Each floor has its own airconditioning unit.This home is the perfect home for family special occasions. We can house up to 12 persons having airbeds available. A TV wi cable is provided in each room. Home is equipped with a security system. $1000.00 refundable damage deposit is required for long term stays of 2 weeks or more. The home is very private and nicely decorated. One has a different room for getaway and private conversations.The dining room has a very serene murial painted on the walls. Only one room not available . It is a room locked with supplies for home. HOME IS IN A QUIET CULDESAC. . Check in time 3:00 pm. Checkout time 9:00 am. Guests: Maximum Number in Party :12 Number of vehicles: License Plate # Number of Watercraft & Size Watercraft Registration # Includes internet , cable, telephone electricity,gas,water,sewer , and furnished . Maximum usage $150.00/month electricity prorated by the day from Dec 1 to March 31. Maximum usage$250.00/month electricity prorated by the day from Apeil 1 to November 30th .Maximum usage of $50.00 usd for gas per 30 day period or month prorated by the day. Any overage on above utilities will be deducted from security deposit. . A $50.00 per day electricity and gas refundable deposit is required and will be added to the Payment:. Damage Security Deposit $1000.00 : may be used for Security Deposit: Security deposit may be used for excessive charges such as utilities. All security deposits shall be refunded promptly by mail within Forty five (45) days after departure, provided there is no damage, extraordinary cleaning or inventory unaccounted for including keys. Cancelation Policy: Tenant can cancel up to 60 days before occupancy for short term rentals with 100% refund (short term rental is term up to 30 days) up to 60 days for long term (long term is over 30 days)occupancy days. During the 60 days before occupancy should guest cancel 100% of rental fees shall be forfeited Noise:No loud partying allowed that disturbs the neighbors. No noise after 10:00 pm. Noise: This is a family neighborhood and loud partying will not be permitted. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the home or on any part of the premises.A $1000.00 fine will be imposed for the use of marijuana in the home or on premises. Owners shall not be responsible for any lost or left articles. A security damage deposit will be added on long term stay of reservations over 1 week Of $1000.00 and is refundable.
