We’re proud of the natural, environmentally conscious materials used throughout, which add to its timeless charm and authentic mountain feel. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin-over-twin bunk bed One full bathroom with a shower (lower level) Living Spaces: The upper level is the heart of the home, featuring expansive windows, abundant natural light, a comfortable seating area, a full kitchen, and a beautiful central fireplace. Step out from the living room onto the large deck and take in stunning views of Baldy Mountain and the surrounding forest, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Amenities: Propane grill and a generous supply of firewood Free Wi-Fi TV with YouTube TV (85+ channels—something for everyone) Located just 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge (about a 10-minute drive) Direct access to hiking right outside the door, including Spruce Creek Trail and Crystal Lakes Trail Important Things to Know: An AWD or 4WD vehicle with proper snow tires is strongly recommended, and required in winter conditions The antique stove has a working stovetop; the oven is not operational Please refer to the in-home information binder for fireplace instructions and other helpful details The home sits near 10,000 feet elevation!Please plan accordingly for high-alpine conditions year-round Colorado Traction Law (September–May 31) All drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero must comply with Colorado’s Traction Law.
