IMPORTANT: HOT TUB AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31 Lovely small townhouse completely renovated at the foot of the Hermitage hills with garden equipped with a semi-rigid hot tub. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car under shelter safely. The space The house is located at the foot of the vineyards but only a 5-minute walk to the center of Tain l'Hermitage. Other things to note IMPORTANT: In order to maintain good relations with the neighborhood, please be quiet after 10pm. Birthdays, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or other types of parties are therefore not accepted.
