This small house is located in the countryside, in the heart of the Ardennes, close to shops, medical care, 15 minutes from Charleville-Mézières, 45 minutes from Reims, 1.5 hours from Luxembourg, 2 hours from Paris. It includes a 32 m² living room (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet of 3.39 m², 2 bedrooms of 7 m² and a terrace with small plot and parking. You arrive whenever you want, at any time of the day or night without any time requirement! Please note no sheets or towels provided (only pillows + blankets. Outside, please do not throw cigarette butts or rubbish on the ground. - The presence of animals is strictly prohibited. - Warning: sheets, duvet covers, towels and pillowcases are not provided (at your disposal: pillows, duvets and small blankets. On request we can sell you a disposable sheet kit at cost price.) - For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to sleep directly on the mattress pad, pillow or use the duvet without a cover. - There are no shutters in the house, however you can use the double blackout curtains. - The symbolic "cleaning fee" covers the intervention of our cleaning lady who makes the inventory and disinfects the accommodation.
