You will enjoy this spacious family home in a perfect  location, just a few yards from the beach and with one of the best sea views in Monterosso. Nearby is everything Monterosso has to offer - the best beaches (literally across the street), restaurants, coffee/wine bars and food shops etc. The space All the bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control and the two main bedrooms have A/C. There is a combined living and dining area, with a door that leads to the large terrace where you'll find outdoor furnishings for relaxing, dining or just enjoying the view of the Cinqueterre coastline. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. This makes this home an excellent choice for large families or a group of friends.  The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a very large window overlooking the sea front, the beach and have a view of the Cinqueterre. In the master bedroom there is a very comfortable Queen size double bed which can be divided into two single beds if required. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (which can NOT be joined together to create a double bed). In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed ideal for children or teenagers (but not for adults) with a ceiling fan. In the house there are two bathrooms, one is a modern bathroom with shower, the other is a half bathroom (with a  toilet and sink) complete with washing machine. The kitchen is conveniently located close to the dining area. It is clean and modern and well equipped including a dishwasher, a kettle, and everything you need to cook in the house. The interior space is bright, casual and comfortable with a pleasant mix of old and new furnishings, original art and with a nautical feel. The cleaning fee includes 80 euros for linen..
