This apartment is located on the first floor of a house by a river, it has independent access through a wooded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Many hikes from the gîte, private parking for your vehicle, at the foot of the maquis, tranquility guaranteed and breathtaking landscape. The space This apartment sleeps 2 to 8, located on the 1st floor of a house. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (Florentine and Verde) and a bedroom with two bunk beds (double duo), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, freezer and all kitchen equipment), a seating area with TV (TNTSAT), a bathroom with toilet (plus another separate toilet) and a large terrace shaded by an oak and a linden tree with table and garden furniture, 4-burner gas barbecue... The cottages have 2 electric charging sockets. The use of charging sockets for electric vehicles is only at night from 8 p.m. Overnight charging is €5. Guest access All our accommodations with access and private parking space are in total symbiosis with the mountain, the river and the sea. Access to the Gîtes du Cap Corse is very simple, just follow the D80 towards Nonza, just before Nonza is the Marine de Negru, we are located at the yellow house with blue shutters just at the bridge on the D80 where we will welcome you to finally take you to your gîte, advice do not go up to the village Olmeta di Capocorso.
