Capri condo unit 107 Downtown Traverse City

Walk to everything downtown TC has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bath condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. The space Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. Guest access We have an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number for simple check in/check out. There is limited free parking onsite. There is also a parking garage next door that is available 24 hours a day and has a maximum charge of $20/day.
