The space Very pleasant 100 m² apartment which consists of two parts: The living area in which you will arrive through an entrance of 4 m² equipped with a coat rack and leading directly to the kitchen of 10 m², furnished and equipped with a pyrolysis oven, a combined microwave, a fridge/freezer, a gas/induction cooker, a dishwasher, a large stainless steel sink and a snack plan with its high stools to have your breakfasts. This kitchen is open to the dining room by a bar also equipped with two high stools to enjoy a friendly aperitif around the preparation of a meal. Finally, the bright and spacious living/dining room of about 30 m² overlooking a small balcony on the street, is equipped with a very large table with 8 chairs and a child's chair, a large leather sofa and a home theater system on the living room side, which opens onto a large balcony of 7 m² where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine while dining in the open air. The sleeping area, separated by a door to keep it quiet, consists of a bedroom of 11 m² equipped with a welcoming 2-seater sofa bed, then a master bedroom of 15 m² equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 and finally a last bedroom of 13 m² equipped with a child's bed of 70 x 140 with its changing table and a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed. All bedrooms come equipped with closets, shelves or storage drawers and house sheets as well as duvets. There is also a separate toilet and a 5 m² bathroom, equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower with RAIN SHOWER system, storage furniture and towels. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters with remote controls and programmed to open and close at certain times. Guest access The accommodation is accessible from the main street or from the back through the shared garden accessible from the parking lot. Parking is available on either side of the condo. The shared garden offers a possibility of games and exchanges for children and adults. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. As a paid option (€10 double bed kit), we can provide sets of bed linens and towels in line with your confirmation.
