The space Very nice 100 m² apartment which consists of two parts: The living area you will arrive in through a 4 m² entrance equipped with a coat rack and leading directly to the 10 m² kitchen, furnished and equipped with a pyrolysis oven, a combined microwave, fridge/freezer, gas/induction cooking, dishwasher, large stainless steel sink and snack plan with its high stools for breakfast. This kitchen is open to the dining room by a bar also equipped with two high stools to enjoy a friendly aperitif around the preparation of a meal. Finally, the living/dining room, through, bright and spacious, about 30 m² overlooking a small balcony on the street, is equipped with a very large table with 8 chairs and child chair, a large leather sofa and a home theater system on the living room side, which opens it to a large furnished balcony of 7 m² where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine while dining in the open air. The night part, separated by a door to stay calm, consists of a room of 11 m² equipped with a welcoming click-clack 2 places, then a parental room of 15 m² equipped with a double bed of 140x190 and finally a last room of 13 m² equipped with a child bed of 70x140 with its changing table and a comfortable BZ 2 places. All bedrooms come with closets, shelves or storage dressers and house linens as well as duvets. There is also in this space a separate toilet and the bathroom of 5 m², equipped with a basin, a walk-in shower shower with RAIN SHOWER system, storage furniture as well as towels. All rooms have electric shutters with remotes and scheduled to open and close at certain times. Guest access The accommodation is accessible via the main street or from the back by the shared garden accessible from the parking lot. You can find parking on both sides of the condo. The shared garden offers a possibility of play and exchange for children and adults. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. As a paid option (€10 double bed kit), we can provide sets of bed linens and towels in line with your confirmation.
