e The house is in Altopascio, a charming place to stay, surrounded by wineries and restaurants. The manor offers all comforts, , tv, free wifi, air conditioning, four bedrooms, garden and swimming pool. The space Villa Cerine is an ancient Tuscany farmhouse inhabited by farmers up until a short time ago. It's made up of a central farmhouse with stables and barn and wine cellars, a still functioning well with water-bearing stratum, still in use and piggery where pigs and chickens were bred and raised. The farmers cultivated the holding and the olives and vineyards.In 2013 the idea to transform it into a holiday home arose and by 2015 the restauration of these buildings was completed, maintaining the original characteristics and fascination of the period in which it was built, now being at the disposition of our guests, offering them all the delights of residing in an ancient farmhouse in central Italy. As well as being completely equipped the house is immersed in greenery on 9000 mq. of land together with the original manor house, summer home to the owner, secluded by trailing greenery, plants and bushes, in order to create an exclusive garden for our guests. Following this we have also reconstructed the piggery, creating an area for pool users. This area consists of a small bathroom/spa, with a hydro massage and massage table for beauty treatments, changing room and a store room for games. The outside pool is 8X4 m. and 1,40 m. deep with roman steps and a shower, and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, a table and chairs ideal for eventual aperitives and dinners by the pool. There is also an attached area with arbour, with a table for dinners and barbecues. The wood and barbecue equipment is supplied. The playground has a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a small pool for toddlers and babies. Villa Cerine also boasts a volleyball court, basketball posts and nets, goal posts, a ping pong table, badminton rackets, arm bands and rubber rings for non-swimmers Guest access All the property is in exclusive use for the family that rent. Golf lovers will indeed love the idea of playing golf amongst the olive camps of Montecatini, which is near enough but not easy to reach and so a mini bus is available at a low cost for our very own guests . Cookery courses are also available, And last but not least , the road leading to Montecarlo, a small town nearby famous for it's wines and oils, leads through the olive fields and vineyards and is ideal for passionate joggers ,who will find themselves immersed in greenery as they jog through the countryside. Total Relaxation includes the free use of Villa Cerine's hydra massagio, with the possibility of other beauty treatments, available and paid for on request. It is also possible to organise dinner parties and aperitivs, both in the garden or around the pool, with or without the help of a chef, who will have to be booked beforehand.An evening out alone without the children is also possible with trustworthy babysitters at your disposal. Versilia's famous beaches are just 20 minutes away, boasting beaches for all tastes, from the most luxurious to the most simplest. Whereas the Terme di Montecatini and it's famous springs are a must, once immersed in these waters your body will find it hard to leave and a sense of youthfulness will accompany and flatter you all the way home.. Other things to note The house has a strongbox. On arrival it is permitted to unload the car in front of the house, but then after , all cars must be parked, when at home, in the parking area. Smoking is forbidden in the house. The garden is furnished with a covered smoking area equipped with ashtrays for all smokers. All rubbish must be divided into their correct bins….plastic/paper/bottles, glass/organic waste and irrecuperable rubbish and left outside the house in their correct containers in the evening, ready for collection the next day.The house is equipped with a calendar regarding the days and times of the different rubbish collections. It is considered safer to keep the main gate locked at night. There is no extra cost to use the pool. A shower and washing your feet is considered before entering the swimming pool for hygienic purposes. Children must never be left unattended near the pool. The pool umbrellas should be closed at night and the cushions put away in case of wind, rain or showers.
