Description
A beautiful mews apartment right in the centre of Henley with gated parking. A first floor Georgian flat with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room to sleep a total of 5. A perfect place to stay for couples, friends or families. It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment. The space This mews development has recently had a complete renovation so you will benefit from stylish modern living throughout and is super spacious. It has 2 carpeted bedrooms: Bedroom One is large with an en-suite shower/WC wet room and is at the back of the property (king size bed, sleeps 2) Bedroom Two overlooks Market Square. It can be set up as 2 small single beds or one king size bed (Zip and Link beds). We have invested in Winter goose feather & down pillows and duck feather and down King Size duvets. All pillows and duvets have the “Nomite” mark which means they are suitable for people with dust mite allergies. There is an additional Shower Room/WC between the 2 bedrooms. The period living room is light, airy and beautiful. It has oak timber flooring (underfloor heating), a grand fireplace (no longer in use) and a sofa bed which can sleep one very comfortably. There is a 49” TV and a dining table which overlooks the Square - the perfect spot to watch Henley life. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with granite work tops and integrated appliances. Bosch oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric induction hob. It also has an Insinkerator (food waste disposal unit) and a hot tap for your tea/coffee. Guest access This gated luxury development is accessed through Greys Road car park. There is private parking with automated double gates which open into a paved driveway. Walk 20 metres and enter the apartment through a communal door and up to the first floor. No 10 is to the left, and you can input your pin number to access the flat. Other things to note As this apartment is one of 11, we would request that all guests staying here keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and respect our neighbours. This property is on the first floor and accessed via a staircase.
