A third sofa bed is available in the living room thanks to the modular installed. The living room and kitchen are open plan with a cathedral roof. Its beamed ceilings offer a rustic and modern decoration at the same time while providing a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Three huge windows contribute to great brightness and offer a partial view of the beauty of Lac Saint-Pierre. The loft accommodates 2 to 5 people. Upon request, a high chair and playpen can be provided. The kitchen is equipped with two induction hobs, a small countertop oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge to facilitate the preparation of meals. A BBQ and a picnic table are installed near the loft staircase during the summer period. A heat pump with air conditioning makes the loft comfortable year-round. The loft is located above the garage of the property with an external staircase giving access to it. The building where the loft is located is separate from the main house (owners' residence) and is in front of the house (the house is between the garage and the lake). On the back lot of the property, you will have access to a living area with a hot tub (open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.) covered with a gazebo. A patio set, garden armchairs and a gas fireplace are installed in the living area during the summer period. The hot tub and living area are 150 feet from the loft. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and seat belts will also be available as well as access to the waterfront. Wearing life vests is mandatory to use the boats. The land is shared with the hosts. You will enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment for a vacation you will remember for a long time. No pets allowed.
