"The Broody Hen" Farmhouse: Newly renovated, walk-able, & close to beaches!

Modern Farmhouse: Private and spacious one-level guest quarters on the first floor of a classic New England mid-1800's Farmhouse. The home recently underwent a complete custom renovation/rebuild. Everything inside is NEW! Enjoy a comfortable stay complete with central A/C, large custom kitchen w/ 8-foot butcher block island, high speed Fios Wi-Fi, and more. The space: The guest unit is all one-level and located on first floor (no stairs). Master bedroom has brand new queen memory foam/cool gel mattress, the kitchen comes fully stocked + appliances and everything you'd have at home! Please note that upstairs is occupied separate unit with their own separate entry, so the guest quarters are completely private with no shared interior spaces. Guest access Located on a sunny 1 acre, guests are welcome to relax on both front & back porches, enjoy the large backyard, patio, BBQ grill, and rinse off in outdoor shower after the beach! Since we (hosts) live next door, we're happy to accommodate special requests if able. Interaction with guests: We (hosts) live in the home next door and maintain the property so you may see us at some point! We respect our guests privacy, yet are definitely available for questions about the house and are glad to share local knowledge and tips for area attractions, eateries, beaches, and so on! Property is located on a quiet dead-end street. We LOVE our neighbors and kindly request that our home and neighborhood be treated as if it were your own. We're also family-friendly and have plenty of kids toys/books/activities available upon request. Other things to note: We do have a small flock of friendly free-range chickens (no roosters!) that may come over for a visit from time to time. Good thing is we're happy to share some fresh eggs if we have enough on hand! Media/Entertainment: The guest apartment does include a TV, DVD player, and high-speed Verizon Fios Wi-Fi. Although there isn't wired cable TV, we have an installed Amazon FireStick loaded with your favorite internet TV apps.
