Classy, Comfy, Quiet, Private, FUN!!!

We are close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. Its a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are only 2 miles from SUU, across the street from the gym, .5 mile from the Aquatic Center and only a block from shopping, the movie theater, freeway access, etc. We also have a small back yard. Our place is not perfect which is why our rate is lower. If you're looking for perfect, this is not for you. The space Our home isn't prefect but it's really close. This is more of a disclaimer than anything else. We've received low ratings because our bathroom faucet is a little stiff or because the remote battery died and people try to get out of paying for the smallest inconveniences. We try really hard to accommodate and make things right to keep our ratings up. Please know we will try everything we can to make your stay enjoyable and meet the expectations as advertised, especially if we know how we can make it better. Guest access You will have access to the entire home - kitchen, 2 family rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, back patio and front balcony. The downstairs/lower level is at garage level and no stairs. Hete there is a family room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds. The upstairs includes the family room, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Other things to note Vasa Fitness is located across the street. No passes are included with your stay. If you're looking for a swimming pool for either family fun or exercise, the Cedar City Aquatic Center is only .5 miles up the street. Passes to the Aquatic Center are not included. We are located only 2.2 miles from the Shakespeare Festival. We hope you enjoy your stay.
