If approved, there is an additional $75.00 monthly “pet guest” fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in and are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. If your apartment is receiving cleanings during your stay, your pet will have to be put up or removed from the apartment for the cleaning.
