The space Talia Ortigia Apartment is a 50 square meters apt located on the first floor of an ancient palace of Ortigia, a short walk from Piazza Duomo and the sea of Ortigia. It consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, smart TV, bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with balcony. Situated on the first floor of an ancient palace of Ortigia which hosted the poet Augusto Von Platen during his long stay in Syracuse. Exactly in Via Amalfitania 66, between the seaside of Ortigia, the Archimede square and Piazza Duomo. The entrance of the building consists of a beautiful courtyard from which one flight of stairs lead to the first floor where there is the door of the apartment. You enter the living room with two windows, a sofa bed, smart TV screen of 43'', fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots and everything you need to prepare tasty lunches and dinners during you getway in Ortigia . The bedroom, which is also very spacious (about 14 sqm) has a double bed, a wardrobe, a smart 32" TV and a balcony. The bathroom has a large shower and a window. There is also a small but very useful laundry room. Free high-speed internet wired and wi-fi, air conditioning. No extra costs, all inclusive (bed linen, towels, towels and umbrella for the beach, cleaning, electricy consumption...) The renovation was done in January 2016.
