The large living room stands out as the main area of the house, bright through its three windows. Upon entering you will find a relaxation area, with a 50 ”Smart Tv, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a very comfortable sofa, where you can watch a good movie. We have an American kitchen fully integrated in the decoration and with some stools for breakfast or have a drink with the rest of your family or friends. We have set a long table for up to 8 people by the window and if you come to Gandia for work, we wanted to make you a corner with a desk by the window where you can prepare your meeting. The corner of the bottom, is a very special point to have a good tea or coffee and relax reading one of your books. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need, and you can check the list below. We have a bathroom with shower in the living room / dining room and another that share the main double bedroom and the doble bedroom. And finally we have a small room, but no less cool, with a bunk bed with 190x90cm beds. You can park the car in the parking lot that is right in front that has a fee of € 5 for 24 hours, and also a very cheap minute rate.
