Close to Terrasson and Montignac in Dordogne and Brive in Corrèze, in the Vézère Valley, a real haven of greenery and beauty, the house is located on the edge of the Périgord Noir and its many tourist sites. With full air conditioning, it has all the comforts and is perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. The space The house is located on a 3000 m2 wooded park and has a large swimming pool exclusively reserved for tenants. Inside: an air-conditioned living space with a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with a double bed and 2 bathrooms. Outside: a private pool (not shared) of 40 m2 in a green setting with 8 deckchairs, a ping-pong table and a court to play petanque. In addition, a covered terrace and its charcoal barbecue allow meals to be taken outdoors. The house, totally air-conditioned, is not overlooked, which allows you to spend an outdoor stay in peace. Depending on the weather, meals can be taken under the covered terrace or inside. For leisure, visits, everything is possible in the surroundings, there is plenty to choose from! In addition to its countryside and rivers conducive to walking, its caves and chasms inviting to explore, the Périgord Noir and the Corrèze will offer you a unique historical heritage with unspoiled architecture as you can admire in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, Collonge la Rouge, Turenne and in its thousand castles, gardens, churches, abbeys and priores. Guest access When you arrive at the Brignac la Plaine roundabout, take the D3 towards Cublac. Follow this road for about 1.2 km until you find a small road on the left (spotted with a white and red beacon). Follow this road for 250m and you've arrived. The house is on your left. Other things to note The sheets are provided but not the bath towels or bath towels. An optional package of 90€ is offered to ensure the end of stay cleaning. Birthdays and other parties are prohibited. A deposit of €500 is required on the day of arrival to cover any property damage or nuisance caused to the neighborhood, in particular in the evening after 11pm. Indeed, the noise at night is strictly prohibited and may be subject to full storage of the deposit as well as a complaint in the gendarmerie. A supplement of €10/night applies during the winter period (11/1 to 4/15), to cover heating costs. This surcharge is not included in the rate shown on the listing page and will need to be paid on-site. Holiday vouchers are accepted on request. Pets are welcome up to a maximum of 2, subject to being respectful of the place.
