Enjoy the private backyard with mature, shady trees and a huge 16ft x 42ft deck. The space MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed. The SECOND and THIRD bedrooms have queen-size beds. FOURTH bedroom has a large daybed with a pull out trundle, which comfortably sleeps two people. Large KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and lovely views of the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes and ingredients to get you started. Spacious LIVING ROOM with a large, comfortable sectional sofa and 55” flat-screen TV. DINING ROOM features a walk out to the sprawling, private deck and backyard. Main floor LAUNDRY ROOM with clothes washer and dryer, also features a 2nd walk out to the deck. There is a full BATHROOM with tub and shower on the 2nd floor and a half bathroom on the main floor. PARKING is available for 2 cars in the private driveway. NON-Smoking house. Pet-free house. Within 30 minutes drive to most major attractions. Guest access No Access to Garage or Basement: Guest does not have access to the garage or basement at the property. These spaces are used by the Owner for storage. Other things to note Use of Premises:  Please be aware that parties, weddings, religious ceremonies, receptions or similar events are NOT permitted on the premises. Cleaning: Guest is responsible for ensuring regular household maintenance cleaning to avoid buildup or damage. Guest will leave the house in a tidy state and remove all food waste and garbage prior to checkout. Animals/Pets: Please note that animals or pets of any kind are NOT permitted on the premises. Smoking:  Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. Guest may smoke on the front porch or in the back yard. Please use the sand buckets that are provided to dispose of cigarettes — do not discard cigarettes in the yard.  Garbage, Recycling, Organic Waste:  Guest will separate garbage and recyclables properly to facilitate disposal on garbage collection day. Three different bins are provided outside for separating organic (food) waste, recyclables and garbage. See Guest Information book at the property for more details about what items can go in each bin. Please recycle as much as possible to minimize garbage waste. If you require tags for excess garbage you can order online from the City of Toronto or purchase from Canadian Tire stores. Friday is the waste collection day for this property. Organic waste (green bin) goes out very week. Recyclables (blue bin) and garbage (black bin) alternate every other week.  Guest will place appropriate bins at the curb by Thursday evening each week. Outdoor Camera:  To provide our guests with peace of mind, an outdoor security camera is located in front of the garage and it is facing the driveway and street.
