At the property we provide bath and hand towels, hand soap. toilet rolls, tea towels, washing up liquid, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, kitchen roll, cleaning products etc. All bedding. (Anti allergy duvets and pillows are available on request). Cot, stairgate and highchair available. Please note cot bedding is not provided. A 10% under occupancy discount is available for smaller groups of up to 6 people at selected times of the year (please note only 3 bedrooms will be available for this size group) Pets by arrangement only (note: pets are not permitted upstairs in the property). If you wish to bring a pet please let us know. Please note pet fees of £35 per week (or part of). The mobile phone reception is very good in this rural location, as there is a mast about a mile away with 4G coverage. The Oast is a detached property, however the adjoining part of the house, known as The Granary, is not accessible to guests. This part of the house is sometimes occupied by the owner and is never rented out. The Granary is totally independent from The Oast and has a separate independent entrance at the rear of the property. There are no shared facilities, so your privacy is guaranteed. The house is set back from the A28 which is a small two way road with a 30 MPH speed limit.
