Despite its serene atmosphere, it is just a short walk from shops, restaurants, beaches, and picturesque towns. The house preserves its original style with bright interiors, exposed beams, stone walls, and arches. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom, ideal for those seeking privacy. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and two rooms with single beds that share a shower room and a bathroom. The views from the windows are spectacular. Outside, the large Roman-style swimming pool with sun loungers stands out, along with a fully equipped summer kitchen and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dinners. The spacious gardens invite you to walk or simply relax. Villa Prital offers a private and well-connected refuge to explore the natural and cultural beauty of the area. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring comfort during the hottest hours. Information to be taken into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
