The entry opens into the spacious lounge and has a wood combustion heater positioned to heat the whole living area. Tidy kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. The large bright and airy dining/family room brings the outdoors in with a wall of windows and glass doors and also features window highlights to allow in extra light. There is a gas barbecue for easy summer meals or entertaining. The main bedroom features an elegant ensuite. This bedroom looks into a private courtyard and also has a ceiling fan and two built-in wardrobes together with a queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and is located at the other end of the house along with the third bedroom which has two single beds. The second bathroom with separate toilet and laundry is located close to these two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has two king single beds.
