The flat is an original ‘tuscan home’ located on the second floor of the stone building. The apartment is in the attic of an ancient house in the beautiful medieval hamlet Orciatico, with only 200 residents. The village is located 10 minutes drive from Lajatico, birthplace of Andrea Bocelli. The most important art cities are less than an hour driving : Volterra is 25 minutes, San Giminiano 40min, Pisa 1 hour, Lucca 1 hour 10 min, Siena 1 hour, Florence 1 hour 15 min, the sea is 45 min The space The apartment is comfortably furnished in a rustic style, has a living room with original fireplace and sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace (6 square meters). The flat is 48 square meters, renovated in 2005, respects the original structures so terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams. In 2026 we put slso the air condition! Guest access Only by car- no shops, no restaurants, only a Cafe for cold drinks and gelato. The bus comes twice a day so car is necessary. The historical centre is closed for cars but parking places are available for free even 30 meters from the house. The flat is completely yours, entrance is private.
