Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully equipped ground floor, direct oceanfront condo. You can't get any closer to the beach unless you are in a tent. Kingsize bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all the things necessary to have a great stay at the beach. We are dog friendly and include linens and departure cleaning with all rentals. Tile floors and sofa covers changed before your arrival. Private fenced patio enclosure unique to your unit where you and your dog can sit and sip your favorite beverage. IF YOU ARE NOT BRINGING A DOG, PLEASE LET ME KNOW FOR QUICKER APPROVAL. IF YOU HAVE A DOG FOR consideration, please give me AGE and BREED at time of inquiry. Failure to do so may result in a DECLINE to book. WE DO NOT take 2 large dogs in a unit between May 15-September 15 WE CAN NOT RENT TO MUSCLE TYPE DOGS OR AGGRESSIVE BREEDS. WE DO NOT RENT TO DOGS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD. WE DO NOT RENT TO CATS. THERE IS ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THE CITY IS VERY ACTIVE WITH TOWING. WE WILL ALSO TOW ANY EXTRA VEHICLE SO THAT GUEST CAN PARK.
