It is one of the largest markets on the island, filling the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although primarily known for its wide variety of leather products (known as the leather and skin capital of Mallorca), you will also find food and other products. Inca is also where the largest autumn fair in Mallorca, the "Dijous Bo," takes place - an agricultural fair turned into a celebration with fireworks and live music. The streets of Inca are filled with cafes and terrace bars, but its renovated wineries transformed into small and cozy restaurants have become the city's hallmark. Our Finca "Sa Tanqueta" is located on the outskirts of Inca, a few minutes' walk from the center. The location has the advantage of enjoying peace and privacy while being close to everything important for your daily needs. The large garden offers plenty of space to play. Children can have a great time on the football field or play and have fun with the swing in the garden. The highlight is, of course, the large pool (7.4 m x 4 m) with a convenient stepped entrance. New sun loungers and pool towels await their inauguration. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen. Here, you can enjoy good barbecues with friends and family. The pool is also within sight, which is very convenient if you are traveling with young children. Behind the house, there are 2 covered parking spaces in case you arrive with a rental car. From there, you have access to the pantry in the indoor kitchen. Inside the house, it continues in the cozy country style. Warm wood tones and terracotta colors create a great living atmosphere with rustic furniture and many decorative details. The house has a space of about 200 m² and is divided into 2 levels, everything except the living room is on the ground floor. The fact that the living room is located upstairs allows you to enjoy a great view of the surroundings. It also has a terrace where you can, for example, hang clothes. The lower area consists of an open dining area with a large wooden table, a fireplace for the colder season, and a desk where you can comfortably check your emails or even write a postcard. The kitchen is fully equipped and has space for a comfortable breakfast while planning the day with your family. In the corresponding pantry, there is plenty of space to store food and drinks. The sleeping area is divided into 3 beautiful double bedrooms. The master bedroom with a large double bed has its own ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Travel cots for babies and high chairs are also available. In summary, the finca is an excellent holiday home with a great well-being factor and excellent amenities.
