Quality Suite, Tranquility, Sea Views, Breeze

Beautiful quality suite, with amazing mountain and sea views, tranquility and serenity. The property is situated at an elevated position with temperatures 3 - 4 degrees lower than lowland, less humidity, and usually a breeze. Located in the middle of the island, a perfect base from which to explore all of Corfu. It has also autonomous central heating for the winter. In case that “pets allowed”, this can be done after discussion for (a) only one dog, and (b) no cats allowed. The space The suite is located in a high ridgeline, providing a peaceful oasis away from the crowded tourist areas. The elevated position provides a nice refreshing atmosphere from the summer heat. The suite has 3 balconies. Two of the balconies are located at the front providing perfect views of the water, surrounding hills, villages, Corfu town and mainland Greece. The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. It features a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a quality double bed and a high quality orthopedic mattress. The couch in the lounge room also converts into a double bed. There is a washing machine for your convenience, as well as central heating if staying in the colder months of the year. It has everything required for self-catering with a large fridge-freezer, hob and oven and all the pots and utensils you would expect. There are two air conditioning, one in each room for the hot days in the summer. There is also plenty of space to relax inside or on the balcony area where you can also dine with amazing views over Corfu island. All the patio doors and windows had fly screens to keep out wasps and mosquitos. This is great as allow the cool breeze to circulate around the apartment. Additionally due to COVID-19, I would like to emphasize to the following: 1. When in the premises, you are not passing from areas common with other people. This means that the entrance of the apartment is unique and you are entering in it from the open space – fresh air. 2. All linens are white in color for the cleanness to be clearly seen. 3. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures are being implemented at the property. More precisely, I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: • I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. • I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. • I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. • I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. • I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. After all the above, I assure you that your stay will be and will remain healthy and safe! Guest access The suite is absolutely for your own exclusive use to enjoy and relax.
