Ayia Napa center 2 Km away bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk from the apartment. The space The apartment is on the first floor and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one large bathroom. Elegantly furnished and newly renovated, this 82m² two-bedroom apartment with communal pool is fully air-conditioned and has a smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Also there is a large bathroom with walk in shower for guests to use. Washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment are standard. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as well as to enjoy the sun on the 2 sunbeds with umbrella provided on the balcony. The apartment offers private covered parking and has an elevator.
