There is a driveway with 2 parking spaces for your use. The sidewalk winds around to a private covered patio. The patio has furniture for you to enjoy day or night. It is a great place to enjoy the stars and unwind. The house is small but it does not feel small once inside. The living room has stylish and comfortable furniture, a large TV with full cable and Roku, so you can access your favorite movies & shows! There is a dining table & chairs to enjoy cooked or takeout meals! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and has a cute coffee bar with a Keurig. The King bedroom is relaxing with comfy bedding and extra pillows. There is a smaller tv and extra blankets as well. The bathroom has a stand up shower and plenty of towels/necessities! There is a premium twin cot, for use as well. There is a small washer/dryer and also a pair of bikes/helmets if you want to hop on the Hoover Trail and get some exercise! This is a separate, private house next to our home, but you will have a ton of privacy during your stay! Just minutes to All Festivities/Restaurants/Belden Village Mall & so much more! Hall of Fame 3.5 miles Gervasi Vineyard, 3 miles Belden Village Mall, 2 miles Balloon Festival, 3 miles Tinseltown Cinemark Theater, 2.5 miles Hartville Flea Market & Kitchen 9.5 miles Minutes to both Walsh University & Malone **We pride ourselves on going the extra mile when cleaning & disinfecting after every stay! We wipe handles, knobs, switches, & remotes! ** Just a necessary note: **There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police. Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property. Guest access The entire house is yours, there is a good sized patio out front and 2 car parking spaces Other things to note We have a Roku with guest access and the cable tv includes all movie channels. 2 bikes are available for use. One Men's and one Ladies' bike available. We also provide helmets for safety. Please use bikes at own risk.
