This eco accommodation is an hour drive north of Port Douglas and 30 minutes away from Cape Tribulation and features private and enchanting fresh water swimming pools. The retreat is situated amongst two World Heritage areas - the Daintree Rainforest, and the Great Barrier Reef, sitting in rainforest mountains sloping down to the coastal strip. Access details will be sent on confirmation. Other things to note Guests need to travel over the Daintree River Ferry, which operates from 6am until 12pm each day. The cost for the ferry is about $40 return and can be paid by cash or card. Depending on the time of year, there are sometimes lengthy delays at the ferry.
