These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), structural repairs on all levels of the parking deck, skybridge floor resurfacing, beach boardwalk access replacement, and HVAC repairs. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces, skybridge access, beach access, etc, will be impacted or unavailable. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
