Off the dining area is a large den/media room with a smart TV (no cable) with an attached full bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have one queen in each and there is a full bathroom convenient to all 3 rooms. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit, café lights and a picnic table. No smoking.
