The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Other things to note Online check-in must be completed before 9:30 PM, including ID verification and a mandatory selfie. If the online check-in is not completed, the ID must be presented in person at our agency. Online check-in must be completed by 9.30 pm, and you MUST provide proof of identity and a selfie. If you do not check in online, you must present your ID in person at our office. Self-check-in is available from 5.00 pm once you have completed the online check-in. To ensure a peaceful stay and maintain the quality of our accommodation, we reserve the right to request a deposit in the form of a pre-authorisation (no charge or hold will be placed on your card).
