Enjoy access to 700 ft. of lake frontage with a new 40 ft. dock for guest use! Snipe Lake is a beautifully clean, sandy, and swimmable lake! There is an onshore boathouse for guest use with a firepit located down by the lake. There is a sandbar located on this lake as well as a public boat launch. This spacious and beautiful home is all about guests' comfort and entertainment. The first floor features the main living space with a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a three-person island, and a spacious dining table with enough space to seat the entire family! The large flatscreen TV will keep everyone entertained during lunches and dinners. This level also hosts a nice porch with wall-to-wall windows and plenty of comfortable furniture, two bedrooms, and one en suite full bathroom. But the true entertainment is located upstairs! The game room upstairs boasts a full-size pool table, a casino table with blackjack, craps, and roulette, and a dartboard. The adjoining family room has a nice and comfortable sectional with a chessboard, wood-burning fireplace, a large flatscreen Smart TV with a surround sound system, as well as a Sonos speaker, and a dry bar area with plenty of seating. On this level, you will also come across three more bedrooms (one of them with a desk workspace), and two full bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW No hunting The lake dock and pond dock are roughly 40 ft. There is one Apple TV. Others have Amazon fire sticks. There is one canoe provided for guest use on the pond. There is a printer for guest use. Guest must provide their own ink if needed. Boat access: Snipe Lakes public boat launch. There is a built in backup generator at this property in the event a power outage occurs. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: There are active surveillance cameras on site, all external. Three on the front of the house (all exterior facing), one on the back of the house (overlooking the backyard), and one inside the garage none guest facing. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
