Across from Hally Park is the main access to the bike path, Rapid Creek, Executive Golf Course and Rapid City's event center, the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. A car is not necessary at this location. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. However, a car is recommended if you want to take in the scenic views and monuments the Black Hills has to offer. Rapid has the service Lyft.
