VILLA COLOMBAI is a vacation home with a swimming pool, tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, a soccer field, parking and private park. The Villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, perfect for up to 12 guests. The saltwater pool entirely covered in travertine is heatable (extra service). We offer any assistance service to our guests, including transfers with our Mercedes Van and home restaurant services and taste workshops, such as the famous Pizza Chef Workshop. The Villa is rented entirely and exclusively to our customers who enjoy the total privacy and tranquility of a small village in the Tuscan countryside. On foot you can reach three restaurants, two grocery stores, two bars, a pharmacy, two banks with ATMs and a few other shops, all within 500 meters. The Villa has a large fully fenced garden (over 1 hectare), a swimming pool covered in natural stone (Travertine) with whirlpool and recently heated (extra service) at the request of customers to be used all year round. You will also find a large veranda with table and barbecue, a traditional wood-burning oven to enjoy unique experiences with our chefs who will also delight you with their home restaurant services as well as with taste workshops for gourmet customers, and finally you will find special care and elegance in every architectural element. The Villa has a baby park with slides and swing, table tennis, foosball, soccer field, etc. The Villa was built in the late 1800s and has been recently and tastefully renovated. From 1928 to 1958 it was the elementary school of the town of Orentano, in fact even today the residents remember it as the "old schools". The geographical location of the Villa is very favorable for those who want to visit the major attractions of Tuscany: we are located in the heart of Tuscany, within an ideal triangle drawn on the map connecting the major cities of art such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca with a line. The Villa, in fact, is only 5 km from the A11 highway that connects Florence with the sea and the art cities of Pisa, Pistoia and Lucca. The Villa is located near a large wooded area called the Cerbaie and for enthusiasts just 2 km from the famous "Via Francigena", the road built by the Romans that connected the north of France with the city of Rome for many centuries.
