This home is located just one mile from Fairpark, one mile from North MS Medical Center, and 1 mile from the Cadence Arena. Other things to note We have a Keurig available as well as a traditional coffee maker. We will have a few filters for your use, so please bring your favorite coffee with you. We have bed linens, pillows, limited towels and washcloths, washer and dryer, limited laundry detergent, limited dishwashing tabs, dish soap, hand soap, hair dryer and one set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. We cover both the mattress and box springs with a zipped mattress cover and cover each pillow with a zipped pillow protector that is washed between guests. We have a Google Mini in the living room beside the couch on the wall, so please feel free to ask it any questions you can think of or play your favorite music. There is a smart TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. We will gladly make available streaming services for the TVs. Please let me know before your stay if you would like us to make available Netflix and/or Youtube TV. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises. The home is in a neighborhood, so quiet hours should start at 10:00. No loud noises that would disturb the neighbors. There are security cameras located next to each entrance.
