The space Exclusive, light-flooded holiday home of the highest class! Dear Guests, welcome to our apartment on Usedom completed in summer 2012 in the residence on Lake Balmer. This exclusive two-room apartment on 50 m2 allows you unforgettable holiday impressions in all seasons! Depending on your personal interest, a sporty (golf, sailing, cycling,...), more relaxing (adjacent nature reserve, sunbathing area, ..) or wellness vacation in the complex's own wellness oasis on 150 m2 with various saunas is possible. A quiet location of the apartment is due to the outdoor location in the attic. Conveniently, the elevator takes you to the second floor, where our apartment is located at the south-eastern end. With a lot of love for detail, it is modern and comfortably furnished. Warm colors combined with a white and walnut decor in the living and dining area convey a high level of coziness. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the high air space over two floors give this apartment its unique charm. The morning sun coming through the eastern windows makes the side-view Achterwasser glitter. Curtains and blackout pleats allow you to play with the sunlight individually. For air without mosquitoes, fly screens are available in the living and sleeping area. In the living area, the sofa can be transformed into another sleeping area (140x200). Entertainment is ideally provided with the flat-screen TV (Sat), Blu-Ray, or the Yamaha sound system with Ipod dock and CD drive. On the exposed balcony, which resembles a roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun from advanced morning to the sunset. A beautiful place with side water views to start the day or end it with a glass of wine. Adjacent to the living and dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with the most modern branded stainless steel appliances. A Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic field, fridge with icebox, microwave with grill and baking function,  kettle, toaster, etc. are of course available. Due to the clever layout, the kitchen is only partially visible from the dining area, underlining the generous character of the living and dining area. The bedroom has created an atmosphere of beach and water through aquamarine hues on the walls and white furniture. The LED lights integrated in the bed (180 x 200) invite you to a little night reading without disturbing your partner. For your comfort, in addition to the normal pillows, there are also fixed neck pillows and flowing blankets. You stand on heated granite in the bathroom and enter the floor-level shower with massage shower head. Pleasantly warm towels are provided by the towel radiator. Your bathroom accessories will find plenty of space on the shelves and in the vanity unit with pull-out. A small storage room offers a wardrobe and storage for shoes and luggage. There are lockable common areas for golf luggage & bicycles. WiFi box, laundry package, bun service, washing machine, dryer, bicycle, baby / extra bed, sailboat, etc. are optionally available in the complex. Parking spaces on the beach are available for free. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and towels are ready (initial set - 1 large and 1 small towel per person). Feel free to use our free, open Wi-Fi access in the house. The residence on Lake Balmer is a fantastically landscaped holiday complex located directly on the Achterwasser. With his two country-style villas newly built (completion is spring 2012), they form the perfect synthesis for a relaxing vacation.
