‘Orewa Beachside’ is just 30 metres from the 3kms long Orewa Beach which is a 'mecca' for swimming, body-surfing and all board riding pursuits and it is an enjoyable stroll down to the village/shopping centre where there are many excellent restaurants and cafes from which you can choose to dine. For those of you that do wish to self cater (light catering), along with the kitchen facilities there is also a barbecue available on the upstairs deck for your use by arrangement with us. The space 'Orewa Beachside' is an exclusive 2 bedroom (studio) beachside apartment, set in a very private and secure garden courtyard with your own level access. This ground floor apartment comprises a Master bedroom having a Queen bed with adjoining lounge seating/dining area and a separate single bedroom. Both bedrooms are separated by the ensuite shower and toilet facilities. The suite is ideally suited for a couple or 3 adults (being a couple plus extra guest) or a family of 4 having 2 children occupying the single bedroom on lower level beds (this set-up is not available for 4 adults!) Note: This suite and private garden courtyard is exclusively yours to enjoy as you will be our only guests over your booked period. Guest access All rooms open out to the surrounding decked area and garden courtyard with seating which is illuminated through midnight and provides an extended area for your exclusive use and enjoyment. Other things to note The separate kitchenette/laundry facility is kept fully provisioned for Continental Style breakfast with farm eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, milk and breads, all of which is included in our Regular Tariff.
