As you retire for the evening, downstairs you will find an oversized master KING bedroom and ensuite bath complete with walk-in shower, large vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you will find the 2nd bedroom with a KING bed and private ensuite bathroom. The large deck directly off this KING bedroom benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing you to admire the beautiful Gulf views. Downstairs also features the 3rd bedroom complete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and TV for guests of all ages to enjoy. *Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES*** Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
