Parking can be tight. We supply all linens, towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. We also supply 2 bicycles: high end bikes. One comfort bike and a hybrid mountain/road bike. We also supply 2 clam rakes. We are proud of the cleanliness of this property for all of our renters. All bedding , towels, including blankets and comforters are washed prior to every stay. All beds and pillows are also protected with bed bug protectors. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants and a lot to do in the Newport area! We will provide a guidebook with information on the house and the surrounding areas to assist with your planning 30 days before your stay. If you would like it sooner, send us a request. For your safety and our piece of mind, we have security cameras installed on the outside of the house and garage. In addition to security, this allows us to know when packages have been delivered, and when cleaners and landscapers are present.
