The space Apartment 901 is located on the 3rd floor of an old, restored house in Stufels, Brixen. It is lovingly furnished with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom with king-size box-spring bed and stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Facilities: TV, original record player, WiFi, sound system in all rooms that can be controlled via app, washing machine, air conditioning. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Guest access Travelling by car? No problem! A car park is available directly at the flat. Pre-booking necessary (parking fee: 12€ / day) Public transport is available in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the excellent location, cafés, restaurants, wine shops and bakeries are only a few minutes' walk away. Brixen is also an ideal starting point for other activities such as hiking and biking or for day trips to famous sights throughout South Tyrol. Other things to note The flat is on the 3rd floor and unfortunately there is no elevator.
